All claims for damage during shipping must be filed with Route or the designated shipping carrier. We recommend adding Route to your order during the checkout process to facilitate the claims process.
Route Protection: For added peace of mind, we offer Route package protection during the checkout process. By selecting Route, you ensure that your order is protected against damage, loss, or theft during transit. If you choose not to add Route to your order, To Infinity and Beyond Bamboo is not responsible for filing claims with the shipping company in the event of any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. To Infinity and Beyond Bamboo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
