Return and Refund Policy:

No Returns or Refunds (except for defective products): We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective or not shipped out by turn around time as stated. We stand behind the quality of our products, and in the event of a defect, we will gladly work with you to address the issue promptly.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the items. To report a defect, please provide clear images and a detailed description of the issue. After 24 hours, we are unable to make any exceptions regarding returns or refunds.

Exclusions: We want to emphasize that we are not responsible for any damage caused by miswashing or wear and tear. It is at your discretion to wash and clean the products appropriately to avoid any damage. Please follow the care instructions provided with the product to ensure its longevity. The shop will not be held responsible for improper cleaning issues that may arise due to improper care.

Damaged During Shipping: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
